Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Project Management: Lead client relations and manage project portfolios, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Design & Execution: Oversee engineering design, ensuring projects meet high standards and codes, while delivering on time and within budget.
Internal & Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and contractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior engineers, nurturing talent and ensuring project success.
Certifying & Sealing Work: Professionally seal and certify engineering work as required.

Ideal Candidate:
15+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, specifically within the consulting industry.
Expertise in industry standards, regulations, and codes.
Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited institution (required).
PE License (preferred).
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
Strong leadership and independent work capabilities, requiring minimal supervision.
Power distribution experience, including medium voltage system design, is a plus.

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth.   • Guaranteed salary of $56,000 per year for 23 completed visits; any visits beyond 23 paid at $60 per visit.

• 32-hour work week: 26-27 scheduled patient visits, 22-24 average completed visits per week.

  • Guaranteed salary of $44,600 per year for 19 completed visits; any visits beyond 19 paid at $60 per visit.

• Other job duties (consultations, documentation, referrals, etc.) are included in the 32-40 hour work week.

• Sign-on bonus offered, distributed after 6 months and 1 year.
